PLEASE provide us with as much direct input on what you want or don’t want on your sign was much as you can. We want to make sure you're OVER THE MOON happy with your custom sign!

Here is a list of important details we’d like you to consider when adding your information before checking out:
• First, middle name and/or last name
• Date and time of birth
• Weight and length (metric also available)
• Theme choice (you can choose a theme we have listed or create your own theme)
• Font choice
• Additional requests

Please be sure to include any or all of these items when checking out.

Sizes:
(Size will vary based on Name character length/style etc.)
• Medium signs are approximately: 17"x 11"
• Large signs are approximately: 23" x 17"

Available in 15 Colors and 5 wood stains:
• Color Options: Yellow, Orange, Red, Pink, Magenta, Purple, Cobalt Blue, Powder Blue, Turquoise, Teal, Grass Green, Pear Green, White, Gray and Black.
• Wood Stain Options: Weathered Gray, Weathered Red, Weathered Ebony, Weathered Brown and Weathered Denim.

After you've placed your order, we'll have the design ready for you to view within a week. At no extra charge, we'll make adjustments until the design is absolutely perfect for you! Happiness guaranteed :)

• Signs come with two small nails to mount design.
• ONLY IF REQUESTED we will send your sign with two leveled .3" holes drilled through design for hanging.
