  • If your order is damaged in shipment, we will send you a replacement at no charge, or fully refund your purchase; whatever you prefer

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. We ship Monday thru Friday with the exception of holidays.
  • Orders are shipped to physical addresses only. 
  • Cost of shipping is determined by total value of purchase, as determined below:

Jewelry Insurance - A $10 Insurance charge is applied to jewelry purchases over $250.

Oversized items - Anything 40"+ and items requiring multiple boxes will receive a $20 up-charge.  This charge is per oversized item.
