We want you to be happy with your purchase. Though we don’t have a set time frame for returns, we would appreciate the decision be made in a timely matter, preferably within 30 days of purchase.

If your order is damaged in shipment, we will send you a replacement at no charge, or fully refund your purchase; whatever you prefer

Orders are shipped to physical addresses only.

Oversized items - Anything 40"+ and items requiring multiple boxes will receive a $20 up-charge. This charge is per oversized item.

Beautiful and unique

What a beautiful purchase! The leaf butter dish exceeded my expectations in that it is both functional and unique. I love the fact that it is sturdy and can go into the microwave should I need to “soften” a food item that is placed on it.

This would also make a great gift for someone who is hard to purchase gifts for.

My delivery, half way across the US was prompt and the items that I purchased were well packaged. I highly recommend shopping with Sticks and Steel.
