Outdoor Care

Sun will eventually break down the polyurethane coating, allowing moisture to contact the steel. Most customers let the steel age naturally. To preserve the patina, apply additional coats of polyurethane 2–3 times per year. (Available at most hardware stores.)

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. While we don’t have a strict return time frame, we ask that decisions be made in a timely manner, preferably within 30 days of purchase.

We will gladly refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, please note we are not responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in original condition.

If your order is damaged in shipment, we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders are shipped to physical addresses only.

Exceptions

• Small Goods: Select items receive free shipping (greeting cards, paper napkins, most jewelry, kitchen towels).
• Jewelry Insurance: A $10 insurance charge applies to jewelry purchases over $250.
• Oversized Items: Items 40"+ or requiring multiple boxes incur a $20 up-charge per oversized item.
