RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. While we don't have a strict return time frame, we ask that decisions be made in a timely manner, preferably within 30 days of purchase.
We will gladly refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, please note we are not responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in original condition.
If your order is damaged in shipment, we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

- Orders are shipped to physical addresses only.

- Oversized Items: Items 40"+ or requiring multiple boxes incur a $20 up-charge per oversized item.
