RETURNS
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. Though we don’t have a set time frame for returns, we would appreciate the decision be made in a timely matter, preferably within 30 days of purchase.
- We will gladly refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, please note we are not responsible for return shipping costs, and we ask that our product is returned in its original condition
- If your order is damaged in shipment, we will send you a replacement at no charge, or fully refund your purchase; whatever you prefer

- Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. We ship Monday thru Friday with the exception of holidays.
- Orders are shipped to physical addresses only.

Oversized items - Anything 40"+ and items requiring multiple boxes will receive a $20 up-charge. This charge is per oversized item.
